Many lotions and creams today are made to help fight against free radicals from harming the skin; they soak deep into the skin and are not washed away; therefore, skin protection is long lasting. Many of these have proven to be greatly beneficial to the skin and keeps you young.

3. Take multivitamins

It can be a great challenge to acquire all the nutrients the body needs from food eaten every day. Most people are not able to get the recommended servings of antioxidants needed daily.
