My Super Healthy Foods

  • In my fridge I always have some almonds, badam, walnuts, pistachios, roasted sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds in separate air tight containers. Every day I eat a handful of any one.
  • Everyday I definitely drink a glass of Odwalla C Monster  juice. I enjoy and drink it sip by sip for long hours so that my Vitamin C Levels remain high for the day.
  • I regularly drink 4 to 5 cups of black tea or green tea which increases the metabolism rate and keeps me going well.
  • Everyday I take a glass of grape or pomegranate juice as it works great for the entire nervous system.
  • Everyday I eat a cup of berries.
  • I eat a cup of vegetable salad everyday.
  • When I buy any food I check the label to find the sodium content.
