Face is the important part in everyone’s appearance. Some naturally have good features but many of us worry for some reasons such as big nose, think or full lips and other similar things. When we closely look at women in Magazines, TV shows and other media we find that only few of them have very good features. Its not that faces only with good features are attractive. Generally the attributes of a perfect face changes from generation to generation. Don’t think too much of the part that you don’t like in your face. The two main layers of the skin are the epidermis and the dermis. The epidermis has an outer layer which has dead cells and its inner layer has live cells. Melanin and Carotene are the pigments that determine of the color of the skin and they are produced by epidermis cells. Dermis which is the under layer holds the nerve endings, blood capillaries, hair follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands.
One thing you must understand is that color of the skin has nothing to do with your skin texture. Generally black girls have more resistance to sun rays than white girls but there are cases in which black girls get more affected by sun rays. Pimples, acne, rashes and other conditions are common irrespective of the skin color. The point I am trying to make is that everyone has to give same importance for skin care irrespective of the skin color.
The first step in grooming your face is washing your face and whole body frequently. Make a habit to frequently wash your face. In the beginning you may find it bit difficult but gradually it will become a part of your daily routine.
Wash your face everyday morning and night before going to bed. Whenever you go out for some long hours wash your face immediately once you come back. Because when you are out the dust particles comes and settles in your face and gradually they lead to acne and pimples. Don’t wash your face just for the sake of doing it by just splashing some water. Use a separate soap for your face and gently wash your face for 2 minutes. Whenever you wash your face also wash your neck region. When you wash your face give some extra attention to noise and the area above lips. Use mild face soaps and don’t use soap more than twice a day. Morning and night alone you can use soap that’s enough.
Low cost wonders
To improve your skin complexion gently scrub lemon peel in circular motion. Leave for ten minutes and then wash your face. Do this once a day. To make your skin look glowing apply sandalwood powder paste every night before going to bed. You can leave it the whole night as sandalwood is good for your skin and morning you can wash your face. Make a paste of turmeric powder and castor oil and apply it around your eyes to remove dark circles. Follow this regularly for a month and you will definitely get good results.
