Recently Harvard University had a fertility research and results stated that women who took full-fat dairy products had 25 percent less ovulation-related infertility problems compared to those who took low-fat dairy. So you can start taking at least one serving per day and this could boost your ovarian function. Adding to your porridge is the easy way to include it to your diet routine.

Vitamin D supplements

Infertility is mainly caused due irregular periods and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Latest studies say that taking vitamin D supplements daily can reduce abnormal ovulation by up to 93 percent. In this decade many women who have fertility problems are (sunshine) vitamin deficient. So start going for regular walk during day time and get the full benefit of sun light.

Pineapple

This fruit is a rich source of manganese that activates various enzymes in your body and triggers the production of reproductive hormones.
