10 Best Foods to Eat for Healthy Life

You all know the importance of healthy food routine. Eating healthy foods will help you to stay away from diseases and it will also make your coming generations healthy who are going to carry your genes. After reading their benefits you will understand better. Though I have mentioned the most healthy foods it’s your duty to start taking them regularly by adding it to your regular diet.

Garlic

Garlic boosts the immune system, is a powerful anti-fungal agent, lowers blood cholesterol, is a remedy for digestive system disorders, assists with blood sugar management and lowers blood pressure, helpful in treating skin disorders and cures whooping cough. Finely chop garlic and add it to your regular food.

Salmon

Highly rich in omega-3, the essential fatty acid that increases HDL cholesterol and protects against heart attacks and other heart disorders by reducing blood clotting. Salmon is a good source of Selenium, which is very necessary for building up of tissues, hair, nails etc. Salmon improves vision if taken regularly and are also helpful in treating Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. Just cut into steaks, brush with few drops of oil, squeeze a lemon over them and grill.

Olive oil is a rich source of vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin A and also has polyphenols such as squalene, oleocanthol and triterpenes. Olive oil lowers the risk of cancer, Alzheimer’s disease and also lowers the incidence the gallstones. It has a lower burning point than vegetable oil, so don’t use it for frying – not that you were going to fry anything anyway.

Broccoli

Broccoli is rich in vitamins C and A, folic acid and carotenoids that boost your immune system and protect the cells against free radicals. Regular intake prevents cold, builds strong bones and improves vision. Pregnant women shall take brocolli as it helps to get a more healthy baby. You can simply cut into small florets and eat raw.

Tomatoes

Apart from this regular consumption of tomatoes improves skin complexion, helps in dissolving gallstones and also prevents hemorrhages. You can take it as  soup or raw salad.
